Our chip scheme mainly includes three parts: the secondary development of microcontroller (MCU), the secondary development of field programmable device (FPGA), and the detection and debugging equipment of display modules (a-Si, igzo, LTPS, AMOLED, etc.). The above schemes are widely used in 5g equipment, 5g components, 5g base stations and participate in the construction of the Internet of things.
Microcontroller (MCU): it integrates the basic links of electronic computer (processor, memory, bus, input interface and output interface) on a silicon substrate using integrated circuit technology. Microcontrollers (MCU) usually only perform one unit control in 5g devices, such as backlight control, touch protocol conversion, feedback motherboard communication. Microcontroller (MCU) is redeveloped to perform a specific task, and then it is embedded into a system where the function is always run.
Programmable logic device (FPGA): it is a kind of semi customized circuit, which is mainly used in application specific integrated circuits. It has an irreplaceable position in aerospace / national defense, consumer electronics, electronic communication and other fields. In the downstream application of FPGA, 5g communication occupies a large market segment, about 60%. Its FPGA itself is widely used in 5g devices and 5g base stations. At the same time, FPGA can assist in image processing and data conversion of 5g components (LCD).
Display module: LCD, an important component of 5g mobile phone, has changed the traditional mipi-d-phy to mipi-c-phy after adapting to 5g high-speed transmission. Our company has developed and designed a special test fixture for mipi-c-phy. This test fixture has great practical value and is also a new profit growth point for our company.
